Project Management and Infrastructure Support were required to support the completion of effort to attain HHS' Authority to Operate (ATO) for their Accelerate platform. Microservice development for the Acquisition Planning and Acquisition Strategy modules were halted, limiting HHS to the Full Contract Scan (FCS) development only. HHS engaged Excelous to manage its cloud infrastructure services as needed to support Authority to Operate (ATO) attainment and Full Contract Scan (FCS) development.
