The Transportation Security Administration (TSA), GSA tenants at the Dulles Airport, are required to obtain their own Facilities Operations and Maintenance (O&M) services, as the Metropolitan Washington Airport Authority (MWAA) does not provide O&M services as part of their lease. GSA engaged Excelous to provide Facilities O&M support for multiple Dulles Airport locations.
Excelous provides all personel, planning, programming, administration, and management services and supplies required for operation and maintenance services, operation, maintenance and repair of electrical systems, heating systems, water distribution systems, sewage systems, air conditioning and refrigeration plans, and systems for the TSA at Dulles Airport.
