The Transportation Security Administration (TSA), GSA tenants at the Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport, are required to obtain their own Facilities Operations and Maintenance (O&M) services, as the Metropolitan Washington Airport Authority (MWAA) does not provide O&M services as part of their lease. GSA engaged Excelous to provide Facilities O&M support for TSA at the Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport.
Excelous provides all labor, materials, equipment, transportation, and supervision necessary for facilities operations and maintenance (O&M) that includes electrical, heating, water distribution, sewage, air conditioning and refrigeration plans for the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) at Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport.
