Excelous conducted a thorough Technical and People Readiness Assessment for NASA’s Office 365 migration. This included evaluating technology integration requirements, Office 365 project plans, communications strategies, change management processes, and project team structure. Our analysis extended to assessing workforce readiness, identifying training gaps, and ensuring stakeholders were prepared for the transition to cloud services. The findings were compiled into actionable recommendations to support NASA’s Office 365 Cloud Services implementation.
