Overcoming Challenges
HHS’ BuySmarter Program aimed to streamline acquisitions and procurement processes by implementing enterprise acquisition strategies to assess, evaluate, coordinate, and develop a comprehensive cradle-to-grave acquisition lifecycle. HHS required program management support to plan, communicate, train, and test deployment efforts for their Full Contract Scan (FCS) Artificial Intelligence Tool.
Formulating the Strategy
Excelous provided program management support encompassing project planning, policy development, change management, communications, training, deployment, and testing support. Excelous also delivered expertise in staffing guidance, operational SOPs, Executive Steering Committee (ESC) support, category management, risk management, platform evaluation and integration, and control and scheduling.
