Overcoming Challenges

Project Management and Infrastructure Support were required to support the completion of efforts to attain HHS’ Authority to Operate (ATO) for their Accelerate platform. Microservice development for the Acquisition Planning and Acquisition Strategy modules had been halted, limiting HHS to the Full Contract Scan (FCS) development only. HHS engaged Excelous to manage its cloud infrastructure services as needed to support ATO attainment and FCS development.
Formulating the Strategy
Excelous provided project management and infrastructure support, enabling HHS to focus on ATO attainment for the Accelerate platform. Our team oversaw cloud infrastructure services and ensured that development for the FCS module was prioritized and executed efficiently.
