NASA sought to migrate its messaging infrastructure to Microsoft Exchange Online via the Microsoft Office 365 Suite. To ensure a seamless transition, the Agency required a comprehensive Technical and People Readiness Assessment to evaluate the challenges, opportunities, and risks associated with the migration.
